Throughout the year, we change up our menu in order to offer new flavor combinations, seasonal ingredients, and bring back old favorites. The new menus turn over in February, June, October, and in December we offer a special holiday menu.

A note about special diets...

We are pleased to offer both gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors. however, happy bakeshop is NOT an allergen-free bakery. since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with gluten or dairy allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our bakery items. The same is true for nuts. We offer nut free items, but we are NOT a nut-free bakery. several of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. Again, we recommend that customers with nut allergies err on the side of caution. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs as we do offer delicious cupcake options that are both gluten- and dairy-free. minimum orders may be required.

A note about special orders...

If you would like to order a flavor we do not normally bake on the day of your order, we require a minimum of two dozen regular or four dozen mini cupcakes per flavor.  For vegan and gluten-free special orders (not on a day they are normally baked) the minimum is one dozen regulars or 2 dozen minis per flavor.
