Spring is in sight, and it’s another busy month in the bakery! Quick reminder, it's DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME on March 14, so don’t forget to spring forward. We’re looking forward to springtime in Colorado, and we are super happy to be celebrating March!
Girl Scout-inspired Flavors
Each Friday and Saturday in March, we’ll have a cupcake inspired by everyone’s favorite cookies. Look for Thin Mint-inspired cupcakes on Friday and Tagalong-inspired cupcakes on Saturday! If you missed your local Girl Scout Cookies, we’ll have these flavors to scratch that itch.
March 14 is Pi Day!
In addition to being the day we all "spring forward," we'll also be paying tribute to this mathematical day that sounds delicious. Stop by for some pie cookies. And, if you're celebrating Pi Day with an actual pie, give us a call a few days before, and we'll bake a fresh pie for you!
Did you know that Pi day was started in 1988 by physicist Larry Shaw? And it’s also Albert Einstein’s birthday. Plenty of reasons to celebrate!
March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day!
We love St. Patrick's Day for so many reasons. This year, we will be collaborating with Oasis Brewing for a signature cupcake flavor, just for St. P's day. We'll also have green velvet cupcakes, grasshopper brownies, festive sugar cookies, and macarons too. Keep your eyes on our social media feeds, as we'll be announcing the cupcake flavor soon.
March 20 is the First Day of Spring!
Its finally here – SPRING! We’ll be celebrating with spring-themed cookies in the bakery. If you’re out on a walk in the beautiful Colorado spring weather, stop in and grab one.
Something for our Vegan and Gluten-Free Friends
We're always testing out new ideas and recipes, and now we're going to focus on some vegan items and gluten-free items. Our gluten-free lemon bread has been a hit lately, and we've got a few more of these types of recipes we'd like to try out. We'll keep everyone updated on Instagram and Facebook. Don't be surprised to find some vegan and gluten-free samples the next time you stop in!
DIY Kits
Yes! We are still making DIY cupcake and cookies kits. These kits have been a big hit over the past months. Each kit is $20. Cupcake kits contain six cupcakes, and cookie kits have eight cookies. The kits come with frosting and sprinkles so you can make your treats precisely the way you want. Just give us a call to order, and we'll have it waiting when you arrive.

Easter is on April 4 this year. And we will be open – stocked with Easter basket cupcakes, macarons, cookies, and all sorts of treats to fill your Easter basket.
