Happy December!
December is finally here, and Happy Bakeshop is officially in full holiday mode! This month is packed with festive flavors, fresh-baked favorites, and important dates to keep on your radar as you plan your celebrations. From our seasonal cupcakes and cut-sugar cookies to shop cakes and special orders, we’re here to make your gatherings sweeter and easier than ever.
We’re also celebrating our anniversary on December 6! To say thank you, we’re rolling out a few extra 2-for-$5 cupcake days throughout the month.
Be sure to check the order deadlines and modified holiday hours below so you don’t miss a thing. ’Tis the season for treats, traditions, and lots of cheer, and we can’t wait to bake for you!

The holidays are such a special time of year; they even have their own special flavors. We wait all year for these! Check out new holiday flavors here.
You can also get some holiday-themed sugar cookies and shop cakes, too. Keep an eye on our social media to see what is currently in the bakery. And, of course, you can always place an order if you need something specific. See below for some ordering guidelines and dates.
Holiday Ordering Deadlines
We know this time of year can be hectic, so we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible. While we can fulfill most orders with a few days' notice, this time of year can be busy for our bakers as well. Please refer to the dates below if you're ordering in time for Christmas:
· Cupcakes: We'll need your order by December 23 at the latest
· Special orders, including cakes and orders with more intensive design, must be ordered by December 20.
Please remember, our availability could shift, so our best advice is to get your order to us as soon as you know what you need. We will have items in the bakery, and, as usual, everything is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Happy Anniversary to Us
In addition to all the holiday festivities, we are also celebrating our anniversary in December. Our actual anniversary falls on a Sunday, but we'll be celebrating with 2-for-5 cupcakes ALL DAY on Saturday, December 6. This is also the Holiday in the Highlands celebration, so stop by after your photos with Santa and grab some holiday treats!

We know that "2 for $5" is the best cupcake deal in Denver, so we're celebrating that too. In addition to the FIVE Tuesdays in December, we're adding a few more "2 for $5" days. Take a peek below, and we hope we get to see you even more!

Our hours will shift due to the mid-week holidays this month. Take a peek before you head to the bakery or come to pick up your order
Wednesday, December 24, Christmas Eve – closing at 2pm
Thursday, December 25. Christmas Day – CLOSED
Friday and Saturday, December 26 and 27 – Open regular hours
Wednesday, December 31, New Year's Eve – closing at 2pm
Thursday, January 1, New Year's Day – CLOSED
**We will be closed until January 13 to give our bakers a little time to rest and relax.
